Precautions for installation and maintenance of safety valves:

(1) The newly installed safety valve should be accompanied by a product qualification certificate, and it must be re-calibrated before installation, sealed with a lead, and issued a safety valve calibration.

(2) The safety valve should be installed vertically and installed at the gas phase interface of the vessel or pipeline.

(3) The outlet of the safety valve should have no resistance to avoid back pressure. If a drain pipe is installed, its inner diameter should be larger than the outlet diameter of the safety valve. The discharge port of the safety valve should be protected from freezing, which is flammable or toxic or highly toxic to the container. The container of the medium and the drain pipe should directly lead to an outdoor safe place or have facilities for proper disposal. The drain pipe of the self-operated regulating valve is not allowed to be equipped with any valve.
